Our wedding venue is located in the beautiful Mendocino forest. We encourage all of our guests to take advantage of our shuttles to have the safest and best experience possible. Limited parking is available but is not available overnight. Shuttles will pick up at the Cloverdale Wine Country Inn and Suites at 3:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will start returning at 9:30 p.m. PT.

To take full advantage of Sonoma County wine country and the Russian River we encourage you to explore Airbnb or VRBO and make a weekend out of your time in Cloverdale. The hotels in Cloverdale are limited and are 'no frills'.

Our shuttles to and from the venue will pick up and drop off at the Cloverdale Wine Country Inn and Suites located conveniently in downtown Cloverdale. Additionally, our welcome party venue is also less than a five-minute walk from this hotel. We will have a room block available here until May 31, just call the hotel and mention Havens/Villalobos to get a discounted rate.

We will be the first to admit that Cloverdale hotels are 'no frills' and while we don't have a room block and discounted rate, we wanted to provide one additional nicer option outside of town. Please note our shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Cloverdale Country Inn and Suites(25 minutes away). Let us know directly if you book outside of Cloverdale and we can explore getting a shuttle to this hotel/area as well.
