Q: What’s the dress code?

Answer

A: Formal. We’d love to see suits, ties, long dresses, jumpsuits, or dress shirts and slacks or elevated cocktail attire. October evenings in North Carolina can be cool, so feel free to bring a stylish jacket or wrap!

Q: When and where is the wedding?

Answer

A: The wedding will take place on October 4th at The Matthews House in Downtown Cary, NC. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location.

Is there parking ?

Answer

Yes, Matthew House offers ample parking. But you can also Uber or Lyft!

Q: What time should we arrive?

Answer

A: Please arrive by 5:00 PM — the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM

A: Yes! The Matthews House has on-site parking, and there are additional public lots nearby in Downtown Cary if needed.

Q: Are kids welcome?

Answer

A: While we love your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration adults-only (with the exception of close family children).

Q: Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A: Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors with the reception to follow inside The Matthews House. In case of rain, both will be held indoors.

Q: Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

A: If your invitation includes a guest, then yes! Otherwise, we’d love to keep the celebration intimate. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Answer

A: Downtown Cary is full of charm! Grab coffee at La Farm Bakery, stroll through Downtown Cary Park, or visit one of the local breweries or boutiques.

A: Absolutely! We’ll be serving a full dinner along with drinks and dessert — come ready to celebrate!!
