When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 15th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 6:00pm. We are asking guests to arrive at 5:30pm.

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved room blocks at both the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook and the Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook. For booking details and instructions, please refer to the accommodations section above.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

We’re pleased to offer a convenient shuttle service for our guests to make getting around easy and stress-free. For pickup times and additional details, please refer to the accommodations section above.

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation.
