Yes, all the events are at the same resort.

What travel dates should we book for?
Answer
We recommend to book travel dates from 9/25 - 10/2. The festivities begin on 9/26 and will conclude on 9/28. We recommend couple of additional days to enjoy activities at the resort & nearby areas. If you are on a tight time-schedule, please make sure you cover these three days at least: 9/26, 9/27, 9/28.

Which website should we book a room from?
Answer
You can book from any travel website like TripAdvisor, Expedia, Priceline, CostcoTravel etc. Once you have booked a room, please share the confirmation number with me - so I can add you to the wedding party.

Which airlines should we book with?
Answer
If you are traveling from Denver - United, Southwest and Frontier airlines have direct flights. We have booked our air tickets through United (9/25 — 10/2). Below is our itinerary. DEN-CUN — UA1969 Sep 25th, 8:40am - 1:36pm CUN-DEN — UA1132 Oct 2nd, 12:10pm - 3:14pm

Should I rent a car? What about transport from Airport to Hotel?
Answer
After you book the hotel room (from any website), there will be an option to add transport using a shared van/private van/private SUV. This is more convenient than renting a car.

On the website, there is an RSVP tab at the top. Please search for your name and RSVP yes for all the events.

Each event has its own dress code: Welcome Party: Casual or Swimwear. Haldi and Mehandi: Indian Casual - Yellow or Green. Sangeet: Indian Traditional - Garbha Theme. Baraat, Wedding & Reception: Indian Traditional.

When are we doing Viju's 40th Birthday Party?

Good Question. We are thinking about squeezing this in after the Sangeet party on the 27th. We will update the schedule page once details are finalized.

Are kids invited? Will there be activities for kids?
Answer
Yes, of course! This is a family friendly resort and they have water parks, beaches, arcade games, indoor play area and lots of other activities for kids. As part of wedding festivities, we are planning several kid friendly activities. More details to follow soon!

Dance Performance!
Answer
The Sangeet event will have dance performances for Solo, Couple, Siblings, and groups (we will have both kids' dances and adult dances). We will also have prizes for the best performance! We highly encourage all of you to participate.
