No. This occasion is rooted in intimacy. Everyone that is invited is very special to our union and we want all of those loved ones to be able to feel connected to us.
We take our loved ones health very seriously and so does our venue. Therefore we are requiring that all guests that are not vaccinated wear their mask the entire ceremony and dinner, only removing it to eat. We encourage attendees to follow the guidelines of the CDC up until the event and if you are feeling unwell please do not attend and make your health the priority. The venues will follow CDC guidelines so if restrictions become stringent we will notify those that have rsvped, as well as updating this website. In accordance with the recent NYC mandate, please bring your vaccine card or your app that proves your vaccine status just in case. This is required for all of those 12 years of age and older.
If you have already RSVPed, you will be notified personally by one of us about guest count getting cut down or the ceremony being cancelled. Otherwise, we will post an update on the website.
Our celebratory dinner will be held at restaurant with a Prix Fixe menu. There is no need to make a food selections. There will also be beer and wine available during the dinner. Hard liquor is not a part of the menu.
Yes, you are allowed to take pictures as long as it doesn't inhibit the wedding photographer. Please post them to the hashtag #adventureswithvii on Instagram or send them to us so we can see the moments that were special to you.
Although weather is generally unpredictable even for meteorologists, Octobers in New York tend to be beautiful. Still some warmth of the summer lingering and the brevity of fall passing through, the average temperature is 64 degrees. Last October temperatures hovered around 70 degrees.
