What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 4:40 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please allow extra time to park and be seated before the processional begins.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity, children are only invited if named on the invitation. Your invitation will be addressed to “The [Your Last Name] Family” if your children have been included.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We kindly ask that guests attend the celebration as indicated on their invitation. If a plus one has been extended, your invitation will read “[Your Name] and Guest.”

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire will be formal. Gentlemen are asked to wear a suit and tie and ladies a midi or floor-length gown. As the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on grass, we suggest wearing block or thicker heels for comfort.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel/airbnbs to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation via bus or trolley will be provided to and from the wedding venue for those who booked overnight accommodations along our transportation route. Shuttle details, including pickup times and return trips, will be shared as we get closer to the big day!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors, while the reception will be taking place indoors.
