There are a few parking options nearby the venue. The closest parking is the parking garage across the street at Washington Park. The garage will take you underground, but there are stairs and elevator access to get back to street level.
Yes! If you are standing outside the building, on the left hand side of the building their is a ground floor door entrance that leads right to the elevator that can take you up to the ceremony space.
