What do I wear?

Answer

Please wear semiformal/dressy casual clothing. The weather will be unpredictable, feel free to bring whatever you need to be comfortable outdoors and in the large barn. The ground is uneven so choose your footwear wisely.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a small parking lot to the right of the ceremony area as you drive into the venue. If this lot fills, cars can park alongside the driveway leading out to the highway. There is no street parking. Please carpool if possible!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP! But if you forget to reply you are still welcome to come.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5pm. Please arrive in plenty of time to park and walk to the ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be a bounce house during the reception to entertain kids. Please keep in mind there is a river immediately adjacent to the venue, don't let your kids wander.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have a buffet provided by Tia's Street Tacos. They will have options for most diet restrictions including vegetarian and gluten free.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are many great hotels and vacations stays in the area, mostly close to Roseburg. We did not reserve a block of rooms anywhere.
