COVID CONSIDERATIONS

Will everyone be vaccinated?

Answer

In acknowledgement of the current recommendations on COVID-19 and its impact to our guests, we ask that all guests make arrangements to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the end of September. If you are choosing not to be vaccinated, we kindly ask you not to attend in person and we hope to see you another time instead! Please RSVP based on these considerations.

Will we be required to show proof of vaccination?

Answer

In light of the recent increase in COVID cases, some counties and venues are requiring proof of vaccination to gather indoors. Please be prepared to e-mail a photo of your vaccination card to vidyaandseth@gmail.com in case Alameda County or the venue requires proof.

Question

What happens if I develop cold symptoms?

Answer

If you develop cold symptoms (cough, congestion, runny nose, fever), we kindly ask that you stay home and we will find another time to celebrate with you!

What precautions will be taken at the events?

Answer

We will have no-contact thermometers to check temperatures of the guests. Masks and hand sanitizer will be readily available for everyone.
