Note on Room Blocks

Some guests have let us know they were told there is a two-night minimum stay at the Country Inn and Quality Inn. We’re currently working with the hotels to sort this out. In the meantime, if you’re told there is a two-night minimum when calling, you should still be able to book a one-night stay online at the Country Inn outside of our room block. Also, the weekend of our wedding is also Stillwater Days, which is a busy weekend in town. Because of this, we recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience!

Call 651-430-2699 to reserve under the "Vidmar, Stillwater" block. Rooms in our block are $209/night plus taxes and fees. This hotel shares a parking lot with the Country Inn and Suites and is located about 8 minutes from downtown Stillwater. Please book by May 17, 2026 to receive our block discount.

Call 651-390-6179 and mention "Nelson Vidmar Wedding" when booking. Rooms in our block are $260/night plus taxes and fees. This hotel shares a parking lot with the Quality Inn and Suites and is located about 8 minutes from downtown Stillwater. Book by June 17, 2026 to receive the block discount.

Hotel Crosby is located in downtown Stillwater. Please call 651-967-7100 to book inside of the "Nelson/Vidmar Wedding Block." Rooms in our block are approximately $425/night plus taxes and fees. Please book by June 16, 2026 to receive the block discount.
