We understand that unfortunately, Covid is still making an impact on everyone. Due to cases still being on the rise, we ask that all guests wear a mask during the Ceremony portion of the wedding. We have also created our seating plan in line with current Covid-19 restrictions to allow adequate space between guest during dinner and will be seating guests together with their close family and household members. We will also have multiple sanitizing stations around the venue and temperatures will be checked at the door. If you feel sick or begin to run a fever, please stay home! Should you have any questions, concerns, or needing to change your RSVP, please contact Danielle McKinley (225-317-4663).
As much as we love your little ones, we want our wedding to be your night off!
Our Wedding will be Black -Tie Optional: Tuxedos and Gowns are welcome, and so are Suits and Cocktail Dresses. NO JEANS!
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are only able to accommodate those listed on the RSVP list. Should you have the option to add a guest, please add the full name of the guest in the space provided.
There are many transportation options to get from the airport to the hotels including Rideshare services such as; UBER and LYFT, and local Rental car services including Enterprise and Hertz.
An unplugged wedding ceremony is a ceremony in which the couple requests that guests put away cell phones, cameras, and any other devices in order for them to be present in the moment. We kindly ask that during the Ceremony portion of the wedding, you keep all electronic devices stowed away to enjoy the moment.
Though our “I Do’s” are unplugged, our reception is not.
We kindly ask that you arrive by 5:45 p.m. as the doors for the Wedding Ceremony will close at 6 p.m.
We will provide private transportation to and from the host hotel and the Venue. For those who wish to drive, there will be complimentary valet parking available. If you wish to drive to the venue, be mindful that no cars are to be left on the premises at the end of the night.
