New Year’s Eve Downtown (“Nashville’s Big Bash”) Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, If you’re in town over New Year’s, Nashville throws a free, all-ages concert and fireworks show downtown with a midnight “Music Note Drop.” Lineup is usually announced closer to the date — worth checking visitmusiccity.com/newyearseve. Rooftop bars along Broadway also host ticketed NYE parties if you’d rather watch the fireworks with a cocktail in hand.
