When is the big day?

Saturday October 17th, 2026. We will hold a welcome party for close family, friends, and bridal party on Friday, October 16th to kick off the wedding weekend.

Where is the wedding?

The Ceremony and reception will be at the Monroe on 415th in McMinnville, TN. There are no Ubers but plenty of parking.

What airport should I fly into?

Nashville International Airport (BNA) roughly 1.5 hour drive.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Western Black Tie: Expect an elevated western-chic / romantic vibe. No Sparkles, No shimmer. We can’t wait to see everyone’s western style.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors, with outdoor covered spaces for cocktail hour.

Is this an adults only wedding?

Answer

YES! Children will only be in attendance if specifically named on the invitation.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to be present with us during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the moments.

What’s the weather like in October?

Answer

October in Tennessee can be mild with cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light jacket or long sleeves. We should have beautiful fall colors on the trees!
