Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, we’ve chosen to make our wedding a child-free event. We hope this gives you an opportunity to enjoy the evening with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is semi-formal. It’s basically polished but not overly formal — dressy but comfortable! For Women: • Dresses – Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy skirts and tops • Jumpsuits – Tailored or elegant styles • Shoes – Heels, dressy flats, or elegant sandals • Accessories – Subtle jewelry and a clutch or small handbag For Men: • Suits – A suit (tie optional) or dress slacks with a blazer • Shirts – Button-down shirt (solid or subtly patterned) • Shoes – Dress shoes, loafers, or polished boots • Ties – Optional but can add a polished touch

Can I bring a date?

To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to extend plus-ones to those we know personally. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend everyone plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. If your sense of time is like Noel’s… make that 30

Where do I park?

Answer

Ceremony: directly across the street from the church, there is a parking lot (Saints Lot). Let the attendant know that you are going to the church, and you’ll park for free! Reception: there is a parking lot along the side of the Society Room on 84 Asylum Street. You will need to take a ticket to enter the lot, make sure to bring it with you! An attendant at the Society Room will stamp your ticket so you can park for free :)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block we recommend all guests take advantage of! Other hotels to consider are the DoubleTree by Hilton in Dowtown Hartford, or the Convention Center.
