We're getting married!

We met at a party Drew's fraternity was hosting at University of Illinois and briefly crossed paths and exchanged names. Some time later, we were drawn together again and found ourselves laughing together and sharing our favorite Led Zeppelin and Lil Nas X songs over margaritas. We continued to get to know each other while living in Champaign over the summer and spent time hammocking, hiking, watching Stranger Things, and playing Super Mario Bros and Monopoly. Despite the Navy moving Drew across the country, it was impossible to deny the feelings we had developed for each other and the desire we had to be together. So, we began our long distance relationship on October 7th, 2022! After 2.5 years of Facetimes, airport drop-offs, and birthdays spent apart, we finally began living together and Drew proposed a week later on May 31st, 2025. Since then, we have been eager to solidify our love and get married on September 5th, 2026!
