We're getting married!

Our story began in 2017 while we were both attending John Jay High School. What started as a friendship quickly grew into something more as we spent time together and got to know each other better. During my junior year and Matt's senior year, Matt would often come to football games and school events just to spend time with me while I took photos. One evening, we met up at National Night Out at Jay and spent the night talking, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. That night, Matt introduced me to "The Chair" by George Strait, and it quickly became our song. As the evening came to an end, we shared our feelings and realized we both wanted to be more than friends. Not long after, on October 15, 2017, we officially became a couple. Since then, we've grown up together, supported each other through every stage of life, and created countless memories along the way. On June 28, 2025, in Canyon Lake, Texas, Matt asked me to marry him. We are so excited to begin this next chapter together and can't wait to celebrate our wedding with the family and friends who have supported us throughout our journey. <3
