When is payment due? 💵
Deposit: $100 per room OR the cost of ALG Travel Protection Plus is due at the time of reservation. If your reservation is submitted within 7 days of the final payment due date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Final Payment: Reservations are due in full on or before July 15, 2026. Any reservations not paid in full by this date are subject to cancellation and no refund will be issued.

What days should we plan on being in Mexico? 📅
We’ve secured rooms for our guests from December 2nd, 2026 to December 9th, 2026, with a minimum 3-night stay required. We’ll be staying for the entire duration, but feel free to arrive as early or stay as late as you’d like!

How do I book my flight to Cancun? ✈️
Guests are responsible for booking their flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Need assistance? Contact our travel partner, Luxury Travel Boutique, at info@experienceluxetravel.com for help with booking or questions.
Rental Car
How do I get from the airport to the resort? 🚌
When filling out the reservation form to book your room with our travel agent, you’ll be prompted to select an option for roundtrip airport transportation to and from the resort. The hotel’s shuttle service will pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the resort. We highly recommend including transfers in your itinerary for a smooth and convenient arrival. Please ensure your flight details are submitted at least 60 days prior to arrival to coordinate airport transfers. You can provide your flight information by filling out the Flight Information Form below.
