The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:30 pm to ensure everyone is seated and ready for the ceremony to begin!
For your convenience, we have reserved a room block at the Farmington Inn, located about a mile and a half from the venue. The bride and groom will be staying at the Inn. Blocks are available for both Friday, August 7th and Saturday, August 8th. When booking, please mention the Bates-Peters wedding to receive the group rate. If you prefer other accommodations, we've listed other nearby options in the Travel section. We recommend booking early to ensure you are close to the festivities!
We ask that our guests wear semi-formal attire! Think cocktail dresses, midi dresses or long dresses. For men, a suit or dress pants with a button down, tie or no tie. We ask that you don't wear jeans. Please note the ceremony is in the grass and outdoors - so keep footwear in mind. Bridesmaids will be wearing sage green.
While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, we're only including the guests listed on each invitation. Plus-ones will be noted on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and we are so excited to celebrate with you!
