Our story began amidst the classrooms of Iowa State University. Our paths first crossed sophomore year through our shared major, however, it wasn’t until senior year, when we became lab partners, that our friendship deepened into something more. As partners in the pursuit of knowledge, our conversations started to shift from homework and equations to shared laughter and late-night confessions, forming the foundation of a relationship that would soon transcend the classroom. We quickly became inseparable and as they say: the rest is history. Post graduation, armed with diplomas and dreams, we embarked on a joint venture to Florida to kickstart our careers. The sunny state witnessed our professional growth and provided countless memories as our relationship continued to evolve. A year later, career opportunities separated us, but the distance only served to draw us closer. On one of his frequent visits to Iowa, Billy brought Tori back to the place where it all began. Using the campus as a backdrop, Billy proposed to Tori and succeeded in his mission to make the proposal a complete surprise. From classmates to confidants, our story stands as a testament to the transformative power of friendship, love, and a shared journey of two souls navigating the winding roads of life.
