All reservations must be made by individual attendees directly with the Resort Reservations Department by emailing the completed reservation form directly to reservations@arubarenaissance.com. Please note that payment for the rooms will not be collected until you check-in (deposit required upon check-in and balance collected at check-out). The Renaissance is extending a group rate for guests who would like to stay at either of the Renaissance resort hotels, the adult only Marina Hotel and family friendly Ocean suites. Room types include: Resort room at Marina hotel at $149. Island room at Marina hotel at $169. Island View Suite at Ocean Suites at $209. Ocean View suite at Ocean Suites at $239. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 50 days prior to arrival, May 28, 2021

Victoria will be traveling from NYC to AUA on July 10, 2021 via Jetblue flight 1257. Terrin will be traveling from BDA to AUA on July 10, 2021 via Jetblue flight 2232 (BDA TO JFK) and 757 (JFK to AUA), and returning to Bermuda on July 17, 2021 via Jetblue flight 958 connecting to JFK to BDA flight 2231.

Aruba COVID-19 Regulations

Please refer to the website (by clicking on VIEW) that links to the current COVID-19 regulations in Aruba. Below are some of the main points the website highlights: - You will need to get a PCR COVID test to enter the island 3-days prior to landing and present your negative results upon arrival. - Fill out a basic information form (referred to as the ED Card). Fill out as a non-resident no more than 72- hours prior to your departure flight and await acceptance. - Visitors to Aruba will also need to pay a $30 fee for the Aruba Visitors Insurance, which is a mandatory insurance that helps protect visitors against incurred medical and non-medical expenses if testing positive for COVID-19 during their stay in Aruba. (Visitors must purchase the Aruba Visitors Insurance in order to complete the ED card process). - Wear a mask while on island and follow rules of establishments.
