Sam was a 17-year-old senior getting ready for his final year of high school, and Victoria was a 15-year-old sophomore enjoying the last bit of summer freedom. They crossed paths during those warm, late-summer days—just two high school kids with no idea how much that meeting would change their lives. We didn’t start dating right away. At first, it was all friendship, conversations, and getting to know each other. But by the time October rolled around, something had clearly shifted. What started as a simple connection turned into something so much more, and on a crisp fall night in October by the bonfire, we officially became "us." We’ve grown up together in so many ways—through high school dances, college exams, first jobs, and everything in between. We’ve seen each other through every phase of life, and now we’re so excited to start this next chapter as husband and wife. From that summer in 2016 to now, it's been quite the journey—and the best part is, we’re just getting started.
