FAQs

We know that you probably have a lot of questions and or concerns about traveling to Tucson for our wedding. Please read below for basic information. If you have further questions not mentioned here, please reach out to the Mother of the Groom or the Matron of Honor!
Question

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

Yes. While there is parking onsite for the venue, we are limited to how many spots we are given. These are being saved for those that need special assistance making it to the venue safely. Please check with the Mother of the Groom or Matron of Honor to see if this applies to you. However, there is plenty of street parking that is free on the weekend. Additionally, there are two lots: one North and one South of the venue! You will need to check when arriving about cost of parking.

Question

Is there a bar?

Answer

Yes! The bride and groom are offering a free bar! Please note that the venue has specific rules to keep all the guests and employees safe and comfortable during the duration of the event. Please be respectful of these rules! Additionally, while the bar is free for our guests to enjoy, please make sure you have cash on hand to tip the amazing bartenders!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The bride and groom are opting for a formal dress wedding. Come dressed to impress! Please no jeans!

Question

Will there be food served?

Answer

Yes. The venue is providing dinner in a buffet style. We are serving a steak dinner with smashed potatoes and steamed veggies! If you are vegetarian, please let the Mother of the Groom know so we can make special accommodations for you! Dessert will also be provided during the cake cutting! **No special requests will be allowed unless for dietary needs.

Question

Are there phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

No. The bride and groom are requesting that your phones stay in your pockets and bags during the ceremony. We want this to not only be special for us, but for all our guests. We have paid for a photographer to capture the most special moments for all of us! We also want to make sure all of our guests are able to see and not be distracted during the ceremony. Don't worry, we definitely want you to take pictures during the reception!

Question

Will the DJ be accepting song requests?

Answer

No. The bride and groom worked hard with the DJ to curate a playlist that will be played during the ceremony. Please do not request songs. There is a good chance we already have the song you want in the list!

Question

What gifts are the Bride and the Groom wanting?

Answer

Please check the registry for further information. The simple answer is that the bride and groom are requesting monetary gifts.
