We are excited to celebrate our wedding in beautiful San Miguel de Allende, located in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. All wedding events will take place in this charming colonial city.
The most convenient airports to fly into are Del Bajío International Airport (BJX) in León, about 1.5 hours away; Querétaro Intercontinental Airport (QRO), approximately 1 hour away; and San Luis Potosí International Airport (SLP), about 2 hours away. From any of these airports, you can reach San Miguel de Allende by private car service, taxi, or rental car.
We recommend staying in the downtown (centro) area, as it is very accessible and convenient for visitors. Please note that parking is limited, so we suggest getting around the city by taxi. The weekend of our wedding will be especially busy due to Day of the Dead celebrations, so we highly recommend booking your hotel accommodations as soon as possible.
