Yes! The Estate on the Halifax does have a sizable parking lot so there will be plenty of spaces available for parking. The parking lot is close to the ceremony location and everything is on a flat level surface.
We are asking for formal/semi-formal attire. Our only request is we are asking our guests not to wear blue to the wedding, for a special reason.
The answer to this is a mixture of both. The ceremony will take place inside the chapel, which has ample seating and air conditioning to keep all our guests comfortable. The cocktail hour will be in the gardens which have plenty of benches for seating and relaxation before dinner and reception. The reception will be in the Tavern, which has air conditioning as well.
While we both love kids, we are wanting our friends and family to enjoy some adult time with us. If you have little ones, please have them stay home.
Yes, we will be having an open bar! There will also be sodas, iced tea, lemonade, and water available for our guests for those who do not drink.
We opted for a buffet style dinner to allow our guests as much freedom as we can. If anyone has any dietary restrictions or allergies please let us know in advance so we can make proper accommodations with our caterer.
With our venue being near Daytona Beach there are multiple hotels and inns to choose from! We included three in the Travel tab on the website, which have either been recommended or ones we have stayed at personally. If you choose to stay elsewhere that is totally okay, we wanted options for our guests!
We are asking for our ceremony to be unplugged! We have a wonderful photographer who will capture our memories, so we would like our friends and family to be present and in the moment! Feel free to break out the phones during the reception to capture photos and videos.
Yes, we will have a card and gift table. We also have an online registry for those who wish to gift us something! While everything is appreciated, we want our guests to come and have a good time with us, for that is the greatest gift of all!
