What date should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code for the event, but we highly recommend wearing flat shoes due to the terrain. Comfortable footwear will help ensure you can fully enjoy the experience without any discomfort.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome at our wedding! We’ll have a kids' table with activities, but since the ceremony and reception are by the river, please keep an eye on your little ones for their safety. We want everyone to have a great time!

What is are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at 131 Shawnie Ln. Glenrock, WY 82637, just a short walk apart. After the ceremony, we'll head over to the reception to keep the celebration going!

What is the easiest way to get to the wedding venue?

Answer

If you're staying in Casper, the easiest way to get to the venue is by taking Interstate 25. Just head south on I-25, and the venue will be a short drive from there.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no public transportation available to the wedding, but we’ve provided rental car options on the travel page to help you get to the venue easily. Be sure to check it out for more details!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, so you can enjoy both throughout the celebration.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

In May, Glenrock’s weather is ranging from the mid-50s to low 70s°F. Since the ceremony is outdoors, it could be windy and chilly, so we recommend bringing layers.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so please plan to arrive early and be seated by 3:45 PM to ensure a smooth start. We appreciate your punctuality and look forward to sharing this special moment with you!

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour before the reception, where guests can enjoy drinks and appetizers while relaxing and mingling. It's a great time to unwind before the celebration continues!
