Victoria and Phil (Brenden) like to call themselves “After High School Sweethearts”. They first met in high school when Victoria transferred to Taunton High School her sophomore year. For the bride, it all started in health class when she began to harbor a secret crush on “BK”. She would crush on him for most of high school and even when they both went on to graduate and attend different colleges. Over the years they would keep in touch over social media or see each other out at concerts. In May 2019 they re-connected over social media and went on their first date June 6, 2019. Fun fact: One week later, the bride’s mother revealed to Phil (Brenden) that Victoria had crushed and talked about him for years and that she hoped he would be her new son in law!

June is a special month for the couple; their first date and “official” relationship start date is within the month of June! Summer is also a very special time for the couple as they love to be at the beach and enjoy summer sunsets! Philip (Brenden) knew the best time to ask Victoria to marry him would be during their favorite month! It was truly a surprise for Victoria as he led her to believe they were driving into Boston to celebrate a coworkers new promotion. They enjoyed drinks at their favorite roof top bar before heading off to the “celebration”. While walking to the “restaurant” Philip (Brenden) asked Victoria to walk with him through Piers park to watch the sunset while they waited for his “coworkers” to park. At the end of the park, during a beautiful sunset he got down on one knee and asked her to Marry him! You guessed it, the wedding is also in June!
