The day of the wedding will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be transporting guests from the church to the venue and back to our main hotel at the end of the night, 23Hotel. You are only responsible for transportation to the church and then back to your respected stays if you are not staying at 23hotel. Uber and taxi is very simple and can range from $3-$10. If you would like to coordinate personal transport, please contact Norley Zapata +57 311-304-8961 ♡ Sí, estaremos transportando a los invitados desde la iglesia al lugar del evento y de regreso a nuestro hotel principal, 23Hotel, al final de la noche. Solo serán responsables de su transporte hacia la iglesia y luego de regreso a sus respectivos alojamientos si no se hospedan en 23Hotel. Uber y taxi son muy sencillos y pueden costar entre $3 y $10. Is there a Dress Code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes the dress code is creative black tie. Since Medellin is a vibrant and fun city, we want our guests to also be vibrant and fun in their looks, allowing for a more personalized touch to traditional black tie. Think bright colors, florals, but you are also allowed to wear dark colors if that is your preference. ♡ Sí, el código de vestimenta es black tie creativo. Dado que Medellín es una ciudad vibrante y divertida, queremos que nuestros invitados también sean vibrantes y divertidos en sus atuendos, permitiendo un toque más personalizado al tradicional black tie. Is the wedding at an open or closed venue?

Answer

We will be having a religious ceremony inside a church, followed by a cocktail hour outdoors at the venue. The reception will follow indoors. At night, it may be a little chilly so we recommend bringing a shawl or something to cover up. ♡ Tendremos una ceremonia religiosa dentro de una iglesia, seguida de una hora de cóctel al aire libre en el lugar del evento. La recepción será en interiores. Por la noche, puede hacer un poco de frío, por lo que te recomendamos traer un chal o algo para cubrirte.

What is the best way to move around the city?

Answer

Moving around is fairly easy. We recommend you coordinate private transportation from the airport upon arrival. Once in the city, Uber works just as well as it does in the states. If you take a taxi, just be sure your hotel calls it for you and they vet the company. Please refrain from taking taxis in the streets. Uber is your best and safest option. ♡ Moverse es bastante fácil. Te recomendamos coordinar transporte privado desde el aeropuerto al llegar. Una vez en la ciudad, Uber funciona tan bien como en los Estados Unidos. Si tomas un taxi, asegúrate de que tu hotel lo llame por ti y verifique la compañía. Por favor, evita tomar taxis en la calle. Are there any activites for Saturday?

Saturday is a free day for all of you! Feel free to book one of the tours we coordinated for you to explore the city with a guide. If you prefer to do your own exploring, you are free to roam around as you please :) ♡ El sábado es un día libre para todos ustedes! Siéntanse libres de reservar uno de los tours que coordinamos para que exploren la ciudad con un guía. Si prefieren hacer su propia exploración, son libres de recorrer la ciudad como deseen :)

Will I get updates throughout the weekend?

We will set up a notification channel the week before to send daily updates to all guests throughout the weekend. ♡ Estableceremos un canal de notificaciones la semana anterior para enviar actualizaciones diarias a todos los invitados durante el fin de semana.
