When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. The final day to RSVP will be November 1st, 2024. If you are not RSVP’D by then we are assuming you will not be able to make it.

Invitations are addressed to who is invited. If there is confusion please reach out to us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking in front of the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you will need to plan for your own transportation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are rooms to rent on the property but we recommend the Hilton Tucson East on Broadway.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you are seated on time. If you are running late, please do not interrupt the ceremony. The ceremony starts at 3:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see everyone dressed up please dress in a Dressy Casual/semi-formal.

Will it be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and happy hour will be held outside and the reception will be inside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are doing a buffet style dinner so you will get to choose what is on your plate.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We encourage you to take photos to help capture special moments. But please do not block the aisle while doing so.
