What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie preferred. For ladies, this means a floor-length gown or dressy suit. For gentlemen, a tuxedo or dark suit and black tie.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite at Christ Episcopal Church and at The Club at Longview. However, we strongly encourage guests visiting from out of town to use the shuttle service provided. The Club at Longview will not allow any guests to leave their car at the venue overnight.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service for out of town guests staying in hotel blocks. Pick up will be at The Ballantyne Hotel located at 10000 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28277. Pick Up (Hotel)- 3:00pm & 3:15pm Drop Off (Ceremony): 3:30pm & 3:45pm Pick Up (Ceremony): 4:45pm Drop Off (Reception): 5:15pm Pick Up (Reception): 10:15pm & 10:30pm Drop off (Hotel): 10:30pm & 10:45pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:45pm. This will allow for everyone to take their seats before the ceremony. The ceremony will promptly start at 4:00pm.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we do love kids, the ceremony and reception is adults only.

Am I allowed a +1?

Answer

If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
