The reception venue has recently implemented a QR code system at the front gate. You will only need this QR code if you are driving yourself or taking an Uber. If you are taking the provided transportation, you do not need the QR code. Didn't receive a QR code or can't find it? No problem! They will have your name at the front gate!
The dress code is black tie preferred. For ladies, this means a floor-length gown or dressy suit. For gentlemen, a tuxedo or dark suit and black tie.
Yes, there will be a shuttle service to transport any guests staying in the hotel blocks, as well as all guests from the ceremony to reception. Pick Up Time - 3:00pm & 3:15pm Pick Up Location - Front Entrance @ The Ballantyne Hotel IMPORTANT NOTE: There are no shuttles departing from the Aloft or the Staybridge. The shuttle pickup location is walkable from both the Aloft (2-3 min) and Staybridge Suites (5-6 min).
Yes, there is parking onsite at Christ Episcopal Church and at The Club at Longview. However, we strongly encourage guests to use the shuttle service provided.
Please arrive at 3:45pm. This will allow for everyone to take their seats before the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.
While we do love kids, the ceremony and reception is adults only.
If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
