When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by January 29th, 2024.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We will not be using an online registry, however we have a newlywed fund located here on our wedding website you can contribute to. If you prefer to bring a card or physical gift, there will be a small table at our wedding you can leave it on.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We start at 4:30pm sharp so please arrive at least 15 mins prior so there are no distractions.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unless your invitation specified a plus one, no you can not bring a date. If you are not sure, when you go under RSVP on this website it will specify if you have one. To keep costs down we can only accommodate a certain amount and hope you understand.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal attire.. black tie optional (gowns/long dresses for ladies, jacket for men with tie optional). Dress to impress! You can be as formal as you want. Bring a light jacket or sweater for the evening as it can get chilly around that time of year, and we will be by the water so there is a breeze. Ladies, be careful what heels you wear.. there is cobblestone and grass.

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adult only event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We highly recommend using Airbnb or VRBO for rentals in the area. Being a holiday weekend, hotel prices are double the usual. However a few hotel recommendations in the area.. - The Westin Sarasota - Art Ovation Hotel (couple is staying here) They also have the best rooftop bar in downtown Sarasota with amazing panoramic views. - Embassy Suites by Hilton Sarasota - Aloft Sarasota

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know ASAP of any allergies so we have time to work with the caterer to meet any special needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking onsite, but it is limited so please carpool or use uber/lyft to stay safe if you plan on drinking.

Are you providing transportation??
Answer
We will not be providing transportation to the venue however, we will have two trolleys to take guests downtown to continue the celebration with the newlyweds after the reception at 10 PM.

Anything happening the night before the wedding?
Answer
We will be at the Perspective rooftop pool bar located on the 8th floor of the Art Ovation Hotel from 6PM- 9PM. This is a cash bar. We did not reserve a specific area; it is first come first served. No dress code. Just come say hi to the bride and groom before the big day.
