We’re saving money by setting up ourselves in the morning. The more that join, the smoother everything will go. We’ll be setting out where food will go and some minimal decorations. We’d really appreciate as many hands as possible, so that it goes by quickly.
11:30 am - 12:15 pm

Our plan is a quick ceremony sometime between 11:30 and 12:30 held at the stage in the park. No seating arrangement, but immediate family gets to sit up front. Immediately after the ceremony, the couple will circle around the stage towards the back of the park for 10 minutes alone before the rest of the party.
12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
We will be taking group photos of immediate family right after the ceremony. We will let you know ahead of time if you need to be roped in. Meanwhile, please help yourself to drinks available. It's an open but limited bar, so please be considerate of others before refilling.
1:30 pm - 8:00 pm
We’ll have a late, buffet-style lunch for everyone under the pavilion. We’ll update our FAQ with the menu as time gets closer. We will have a few speeches when most of us have settled, And after lettin’ the food settle we’ll get the music going and just party until they kick us out of the park! (Which is around 8pm.)
6:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Our rental company will be taking the chairs and a few tables at 6pm, but that doesn’t mean the party’s over. Later in the evening, if you would be so kind, grab a single decoration on your way out to help clean up. We hope to have labeled bins available to place decorations in. Again, we’re doing this without hired help so any help is appreciated!
