Chic Spring Formal 🌸 We’re envisioning a spring wedding full of color and style. Please dress to the nines in Italian-inspired formal chic! Think floor length elegant dresses, tailored suits (tie optional), and sophisticated accessories in light, airy, seasonal hues. Prints, satin, sequin, beaded, ruffle, anything fun is encouraged! To keep the vibe bright and festive, we ask guests to avoid black or dark colors. With our beautiful waterfront setting, breathable fabrics and refined footwear are recommended for comfort and flair.

We’re so excited to celebrate at the stunning Tonnara di Scopello, a picturesque waterfront location in Sicily. Address: Via Tonnara, 91014 Scopello TP, Italy. More details on accommodations and travel will follow!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our celebration will include a few special events beyond the ceremony: a welcome party (details coming soon), the wedding ceremony and reception, and an optional recovery day in Palermo the day after (including transportation for anyone who needs it). We do not want anyone to feel like they have to attend this; it's more of a farewell before people continue traveling or head home! We’ll share more details and schedules as they’re finalized so you can plan your weekend with ease!

To help us plan an intimate celebration, invitations are for the individuals named only. We can’t accommodate additional guests, but we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’re still finalizing hotel blocks and recommendations for our guests. The venue has limited accommodations, so while it can host some of you, it unfortunately doesn’t fit everyone. We’ll keep everyone updated with nearby options as soon as they’re confirmed!

What’s Sicily like in April?

Sicily in April is beautiful! Expect mild, spring weather with daytime temperatures typically in the 60s–70s°F. Evenings can be cooler, so a light jacket is recommended. The island is lush and blooming in spring, perfect for our waterfront wedding setting. Don’t forget comfortable shoes for exploring if you plan to enjoy some sightseeing!

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and fully enjoy their time in Italy!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled and enjoy the waterfront views. The ceremony will begin promptly at TIME TBD, and we can’t wait to share this special moment with you!
