Do i have to wear traditional clothing?

Answer

Wearing traditional clothing to a Hindu wedding is encouraged as it shows respect for the culture and the significance of the event, but it is not mandatory. If you prefer not to wear Indian attire, opt for modest, formal Western clothing in bright, festive colors (avoiding white or black, as these are associated with mourning). Ultimately, your presence and effort to celebrate our special day is what matters most!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Yes! The reception day will be a Western-style reception with dinner, dancing, and lots of drinking!

Will there be food on the ceremony day?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving Tamil food on the day of the ceremony and Italian food on the day of the reception.
