Flight

Madrid Barajas Airport

Flying into Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD) will be the easiest way to get to our wedding location in Almagro, Spain. Iberia Airlines, American Airlines and others fly directly to Madrid from the U.S. We suggest arriving to Madrid 1-2 days before our wedding day to enjoy the city.

Train

Renfe

Travel Directions to Almagro: OPTION 1 Take the train from Puerta de Atocha (Madrid's train station) to Ciudad Real. From Ciudad Real's station, there will be taxis waiting for guests to drive them to the town of Almagro. You can pay either cash or card for these taxis. Uber is another option, but there may be limited number of drivers. OPTION 2 You can also use the Renfe website to map a train route to Almagro's train station from Madrid. This requires one transfer at Ciudad Real's train station. This may have a longer wait time than taking the taxi.

Hotel

El Parador de Almagro is our wedding venue and one hotel option in the town. The wedding party will be staying in this hotel, but there are many other hotel options and Airbnb locations in the town.
