Living two separate lives, they both made a decision to go to Athens, Greece to take a Discipleship Training School. They met on September 8th, 2019 in a space they both never been to before. Flying to a new country, staying with strangers for six months, and learning more about the Lord, little did they know they were meeting their husband and wife. Since there was no dating allowed on the trip, they had plenty of time to get to know one another as friends. As time went on, they began to realize how much they appreciated one another, not only as friends, but as something much greater. They were stuck like glue, playfully teased constantly by their friends, being split up into different groups all the time, being told they were inseparable, they couldn't get enough of each other. On February 13th 2020, they graduated their DTS and could finally date. Isaac planned a massive scavenger hunt for Tori and asked her to be his girlfriend. They had one more day in Greece before they had to finish their trip and go home. they spent the day together as a couple for the first time! When they went home, they did long distance for a year. They had lots of facetime calls and planned trips to visit each others home towns. On February 12th 2021, Isaac officially moved to Washington to live closer to Tori. Two days later on Valentines Day, Isaac proposed to Tori, and they celebrated with their families. Making the decision to go on this trip, neither of them were planning on falling in love. The Lord works in better ways than we can imagine. They are happier than ever and more than grateful for the last few years together.
