Yes! Please check the expiration date. If you don't have one, I'd start process sooner rather than later.

When should I plan to arrive/depart?

Answer

There is a 3 night-stay minimum for the discounted rate. We recommend coming in December 5th and staying until December 8th for wedding festivities. Feel free to come sooner or stay longer. We will be there the full week. More details on wedding schedule will come soon.

When is the deadline to book my room?

Answer

We recommend reserving sooner rather than later, there is no "room block". Suite type are first com first serve. You have until October 4, 2027 to reserve or modify your reservations. Please reserve your room directly on the website and be sure to include our promo code for discounted rate. We have included a phone number to reach out if any changes need to be made after your initial booking confirmation.

Can I choose my room?

Answer

After you complete your reservation, you will receive an email asking you to choose your room for an additional cost. This is completely up to you if you want, not necessary, and the resort will assign you a room upon arrival.

How do I get to the resort from the airport?

Answer

FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS INCLUDED! Private round-trip transportation for all guests on the reservation arriving and leaving at the same time are included with your stay; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport to the booked hotel. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection's official websites or its reservations center. After completing your booking, please contact transfers@seasonstours.com for Cancun.

How far is the resort from the airport?

Answer

It is about a 40 minute ride. You will book your private transfer directly with Seasons Tours who will be at the airport to pick you up when you land. It is best to reach out to Seasons approx. 3-4 weeks before departure with flight information.

Can I bring a plus one?

Respectfully, no. Those who have been invited have been notified. If anything changes, we will reach out directly.

As much as we love your little ones, this is an Adults Only resort. Come enjoy some time away from the kids and let's celebrate!

We will send out recommendations on what to pack. We will also provide a dress code once a schedule is finalized. Please also refer to the resorts website as each restaurant has specific dress codes that can be strict.

Where do I eat/drink?

This is an all-inclusive resort. All food & drinks are included in your total cost. Restaurants and bars can be found through the website. We also recommend downloading their app to browse restaurants and bars available to you.

What is the dress code?

More info for dress codes during wedding festivities will be provided once a schedule is confirmed. Restaurants at the resort do have their own dress codes. They can easily be found on the website under Flavors & Spirits.

Can I leave the resort?

Answer

Leaving the resort is up to your discretion. There are plenty of activities and events happening around the resort from exercise classes, arts & crafts, to cocktail making classes. We recommend downloading the app, this is where you will find the daily schedule. There are off-site excursion options through Seasons Tours for those who are interested.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

December in Mexico is characterized by dry, sunny, and pleasant weather, making it peak tourist season. We will monitor weather as the dates get closer and adjust plans accordingly.

Do I need to tip?

Answer

Tipping is not necessary but highly recommended. US dollar is fine. We recommend tipping the bell-hops, drink servers/bartenders, and waiters at restaurants.

Will my phone work when I get there?

Answer

Yes, as most major US carriers have extensive roaming agreements. However, you must check your plan to avoid high fees or check for mandatory registration requirements for extended stays. We have never had any issue with phone service. There is also free wifi available throughout the resort.

Do I need an outlet adapter?

Answer

If you are traveling from the U.S. or Canada, you generally do not need a converter or adapter for Mexico.
