Shuttle

Offsite Parking for Wedding & Shuttle

April 18, 2026 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Due to the Dare A250 event in downtown Manteo, several streets will be closed and downtown parking will not be available. Please note that streets will close at 7:00 PM on Friday and remain closed through Saturday at 6:00 PM. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we have arranged off-site parking with shuttle service to and from the venue for our guests. Off-Site Parking Location: 132 Russell Twiford Road, Manteo, NC (Approximately 2 miles from the ceremony and reception) Pre-Ceremony Shuttle Schedule (from parking lot to venue): Shuttles will begin at 2:30 PM and run every 15 minutes: 2:30 PM, 2:45 PM, 3:00 PM, 3:15 PM, 3:30 PM, 3:45 PM Please plan to arrive at the ceremony location before 3:30 PM so we can begin on time. Return Shuttle (from venue back to parking lot): Following the wedding and throughout the reception, the shuttle will depart every 15 minutes from the parking area near the playground to return guests to their vehicles. The last shuttle will depart at 11:15 PM. Thank you for your understanding. The Pearl

We have reserved a block of 10 rooms at The Pearl Hotel for our wedding guests. Rate: $247.50 per night (plus taxes and fees) Reservation Block Name: Passmore / White Wedding Reservation Deadline: Rooms will be held until March 28, 2026 Location Perks: The Pearl Hotel is within walking distance to both our ceremony at George Washington Creef Park and our reception at the Waterfront Trellis.

The Tranquil House Inn

We have reserved a block of 10 rooms at Tranquil House Inn for our wedding guests. Rate: $279 per night (plus taxes and fees) Reservation Block Name: Passmore / White Wedding Reservation Deadline: Rooms will be held until March 4, 2026 Location Perks: Tranquil House Inn is within walking distance to both our ceremony at George Washington Creef Park and our reception at the Waterfront Trellis.

A block of 20 rooms has been reserved at Surf Side Hotel for our wedding guests. Rate: $165 per night (plus taxes and fees) Reservation Block Name: Passmore / White Wedding Reservation Deadline: Rooms will be held until March 2, 2026 Room Types Available: 5 × Ocean View King Poolside 12 × Ocean View Queens Dune Side 3 × Ocean View Queens Poolside Location Note: Surf Side Hotel is approximately a 15-minute drive to downtown Manteo, NC, where the wedding events will take place.
