FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly respond before September 2nd, 2021.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have decided not to open a wedding registry. Instead, we humbly ask for monetary donations to our “First House Fund” in light of purchasing our family home! There is a link included on our wedding website if you prefer to send your donation electronically. Any size donation is greatly appreciated!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Included with your invitation are the number of seats reserved in your honor. We kindly ask you not to bring extra guests in order to comply with the rules and regulations of our reception hall.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love children, our reception was designed for an adult-only celebration. We want our guests to fully immerse themselves in the black-tie experience.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a full parking lot for both Saint Francis of Xavier Church and the Squantam Association.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie. Black tie is a dress code that requires men to wear a dinner jacket with matching trousers, a pleated white shirt, black formal shoes, and a bow tie. Optionally, men can also wear a cummerbund or a waistcoat. For women, the code typically calls for a floor-length dress or gown. Our official wardrobe sponsor is Carl Anthony Tuxedo at 1460 Park Avenue in Cranston, RI. Guests of the Cuartas-Schubert wedding receive a special discount for tuxedo rentals. Other fabulous options for menswear could be Men’s Warehouse stores and Khol’s, to name a few.
