Our paths started miles apart and took many twists before finally crossing in the place we both call home. Eduardo first came to the United States from Brazil in 2007 for a foreign exchange program, eventually attending Buffalo State College before moving to Pittsburgh to begin his engineering career. Victoria studied at SUNY Cortland and later moved to North Carolina to pursue her passion for teaching.
Life took us on our own adventures, but Buffalo had a way of calling us back. And in 2022—on a lively Dyngus Day filled with traditions and music—we went on our very first date. It didn’t take long to realize that all the years, moves, and experiences had been guiding us to each other.
Now, we’re excited to start this next chapter together and can’t wait to celebrate with all the people we love most.
