You'll be flying in to Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), which is one of the few airports in Europe located in the heart of the city. You can easily travel to any part of Lisbon by car from there.
Depending on where you'll be accommodated, there are two options we would recommend.
Option A: If you're staying in one of the central areas of Lisbon, Ubers are the way to go. They are considerably cheaper than they are in the U.S, and just as easily available. Otherwise, Portuguese cabs aren't a bad option either (just a bit more costly). Lisbon is a very walkable city, albeit extremely hilly- so comfortable, non-slip shoes are advisable.
Option B: If you're planning on staying by the beach (which is where we will be staying most of the time, 20 mins south of Lisbon), traveling directly to Coruche (where the wedding will be), or simply traveling & exploring outside of Lisbon (Sintra + Alentejo are two of our favorite destinations)-- THEN RENT A CAR! Portugal is a small country, enjoy it!

This is the hotel closest to the Martins' residence! It is located in the Aroeira Golf Resort. 20 minute walk to Fonte da Telha Beach and a perfect oasis for the golf enthusiasts!
