What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive at 3:00 PM, so everyone has time to get settled before we say, "I do".

Can I bring a date?
Answer
To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to invite those whose names appear on the invitation and RSVP. Please check your invitation as only those invited to our wedding will be listed on this invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We adore your kiddos! However, we are only able to accommodate the children specifically listed on the invitation and RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved a room block at TownePlace Suites by Marriott for those attending our wedding. The block is available for booking until August 11, 2026 (one month before the wedding, so we encourage booking early. You can find the booking link under the "travel" tab on this website, or by calling the hotel directly and referencing our hotel block code- Group Event- Karn & Wilson's Wedding / Group Code KWWS. There are other hotels in the area, that you are welcome to book at as well. They are referenced under the travel tab.

We have carefully selected a delicious menu with a variety of options! If you have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, please note it on your RSVP, so we can do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be plenty of on-site parking available!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?
Answer
There are a few taxi companies as well as uber that come out to our location and there will be signs around the grounds with contact information.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
September in Woodstock, brings mild to warm days and cooler, comfortable nights. Average daily highs are roughly 22C to 24C (sometimes warmer!) Nights tend to cool off and can range in the 10C-15C zone.

What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding is outdoors and will take place in a field and on grass. Ladies, please keep this in mind when you are picking out your favourite pair of shoes. Stilettos and grass don't usually mesh well. If you want to wear heels, think blocky heels!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We would love for you to take pictures and share them with us; we will have a QR code for easy sharing throughout the night as well as our hashtag #HolyCowItsTheKarns However, please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony.
