Amador County is known for its wine and Tanis does wine tastings from 10am - 5:30pm Friday-Sunday.
The End of Nowhere
End of Nowhere is another highly rated spot for a wine tasting. It is located in Amador city and does tastings from 12pm - 8pm on Friday and Saturdays and 12pm - 6pm on Sundays.
Sutter Creek
Sutter Creek is a cute historic town located about 15 minutes away from the venue. There are many more opportunities for wine tastings at places like Yorba Wines, Bella Grace Vineyards, and Raven's Reach Winery. There are lots food options as well including a cute cafe called Choc-O-Latte and little stores to shop around in.
Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort
This casino is located in the neighboring town of Jackson which is about 20 minutes away. They have dining options and an attached hotel.
Harrah's Northern California
This casino is only about 10 minutes from the venue and has options for dining as well!
