Please RSVP by June 30th, 2023
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up and fancy with us! The dress code will be Black Tie Optional or Formal. We prefer that guests wear at least a formal suit or dress. Tuxes and gowns are even better!
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivories, and creams. We also ask that you avoid wearing red, as red is traditionally reserved for the bride in Vietnamese culture.
While we love your little ones, due to limited capacity, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your partner have been invited.
Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.
In lieu of a registry, we are opting to follow the Vietnamese gifting tradition of red envelopes. Red envelopes or cards with cash or checks are traditionally given to the couple during the reception as gifts during a tradition called chào bàn. This is a tradition in which the bride and groom go around to greet and thank each table for their well wishes. One person at each table also gives a short toast so get your drinks ready!
The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will also be outdoors under a tented area. The weather in Bellingham in August can range from 70s and 80s during the day to 50s and 60s at night so be sure to bring something warm to wear at night. There is also an indoor area that guests may hang out in.
Parking is provided by the venue for every guest. Upon arrival, parking attendants will direct you to the appropriate parking spaces. Please do not park on the street in the neighborhood outside of the venue.
We love photos! However, we do ask that guests put away their phones during the ceremony as we'd love if you could be fully present with us during the moment. After that, please take as many photos as you would like!
You can indicate your specific allergies or restrictions when you RSVP.
The property and facilities are wheelchair accessible and there are ramps at the kitchen and side entrances.
