What time do we arrive to the ceremony?What time do we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church will begin PROMPTLY at 2:00pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of time to take your seat for the Big Day! We ask that everyone be seated no later than 1:45pm to stay on time with scheduled events. Thank you!

Answer

Reception will follow after the church ceremony and begin at 4:00pm. Please proceed to venue at Lake Oak Meadows for cocktail hour while the wedding party takes photos. Can't wait to PARTY!

Answer

The reception will be an Outdoor Venue so please be mindful of the sun and wear your sunscreen! lol Shade and large umbrellas will be present during the reception to keep cool of course.

Where to park if you need assistance walking to the reception area?Where to park if you need assistance walking to the reception area?

Answer

If a guest needs assistance to be brought down to reception site, a designated person will call the office number and we will send a golf cart. However, if they have a wheelchair, we will call to have the gate opened and you can bring the guest down to reception site to be dropped off. Then park back in parking lot. Unfortunately Lake Oak Meadows is unable to transfer wheelchairs on their golf carts. A security guard will be on site to direct guest to venue site. Please see security guard for a ride as well if needs. Thank you!

Answer

There will be NO outside alcoholic drinks brought into the venue site. However, alcoholic beverages will be provided by Lake Oak Meadows at the Bar area. Thank you for your cooperation and lets enjoy all the fun and celebrate!
