We are eloping!

Like all modern fairytales, ours started with a swipe. It was August 2022, and Bumble worked its magic. Tori’s opening line was, “What’s something you’re obsessed with?” Carter, true to form, answered, “Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.” Tori replied, “My career progression.” From the very first exchange, it was clear — we were equal parts silly and serious, and somehow, it just worked. A few weeks (and a lot of witty banter) later, we finally met in person, and it didn’t take long to realize this was something special. By October 9, 2022, we made it official, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Together, we’ve built a life full of love, laughter, and a few shared obsessions of our own — traveling to new places, staying active, being delightfully nerdy (yes, we collect Pokémon cards), and enjoying every moment we get to spend side by side. Our home is filled with love — and also a dog, two cats, and a flock of chickens who keep us laughing (and occasionally chasing them around the yard). Where Tori brings focus and ambition, Carter brings steadiness and humor — together, we balance each other in the best way. We’re each other’s favorite adventure partner, gym buddy, and best friend, and we can’t wait to start this next chapter!
