When should I RSVP by?

What Happens If I miss the RSVP Deadline?

If we do not receive your RSVP by August 1st, we will assume you are unable to attend. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have any issues responding on time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM to allow time for seating and to ensure the ceremony can start on time!

Are kids welcome?

Yes, children are absolutely welcome to join us in celebrating our special day! We look forward to celebrating with guests of all ages. Please be sure to include all attending children when you submit your RSVP so we can plan seating and meals accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration safely! Please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you submit your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have a severe allergy or specific concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly so we can make the proper arrangements.

Our dress code is cocktail attire with a touch of country charm. We encourage guests to dress up and feel their best! Bring your best Cowboy Boots and Have fun!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation and when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
