Were Getting Married!

After months of vickie begging and asking him to do it, it finally happened!! She had no idea it was coming! They have a mutual love for music artist Scotty Mccreery, especially the song “This is it”. Brendan would turn it up every single time it came on and sing as loud as he could just to frustrate vickie (the song is about finally proposing and getting married) Well he had finally had enough of vickie’s begging and decided to do it. One night while hanging out with Vickie’s best friend, He texted her and said let’s do it tomorrow. She proceeded to text vickie’s sisters to have them mention a hike the next day so it didn’t seem like it was Brendan’s or her idea, leaving Vickie clueless. So, off to monkey rock in Lake Tahoe they went.. Vickie didn’t notice anything was off with any of them. They finally got to the top, climbed over to the monkey rock and took a picture togther. Brendan stepped off to the side, vickie went to help her sister up and then heard her full name and turned around and there he was on one knew, Ring in hand (the prettiest ring she had ever seen). She then asked him like 50 times if he was joking, to the point that he double checked that the ring was still in the box… whoops! Then she said YES! Then came out a bottle of champagne, a fiancé shirt and a special “finally” cup! It was perfect and a day they will remember forever. Lake Tahoe being the perfect back drop, it was our own little version of a “This is it” proposal.
