We’ll be sending out RSVP invitations in March of 2026! Please keep an eye on your mailbox. We kindly ask that you reply by May 1st, 2026 so we can plan accordingly.
If you do not RSVP by May 1st, 2026, you will be marked at "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. You will be missed!
Please arrive at the ceremony by 4:45pm at the latest to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 5pm.
We would love for our guests to get dressed up for our special day! Please join us in a formal/cocktail attire. Think suits, dress pants and dress shirt, cocktail or evening dresses, and nice shoes. Please, no jeans, sneakers, or casual wear. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or similar colored outfits. Bridesmaids will be in satin brown full length dresses. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions on what to wear. We are happy to help & can't wait to celebrate with you in style!
While we love your little ones, we've decided to keep this celebration adult-only, with the exception of kids from our immediate family. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and just your names, if only you and your significant other have been invited. We hope that you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a date night to relax and enjoy!
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on your formal invitation. Your invite will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! There is ample parking in a lot that is at the venue and strictly dedicated to our guests!
We are hoping that the weather permits for our wedding ceremony to be outdoors! The cocktail hour will be outside & the reception inside! Guests will have to go outdoors to food from our food trucks. Please dress accordingly with the weather, as guests will not be allowed inside the venue other than to use the restroom during the cocktail hour.
Yes! We have hired a school bus to take any guests staying in our room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown to and from our wedding venue. Please view the travel page to receive further details about how to book in our room block at this hotel. If you plan on drinking at our wedding please consider staying at this hotel and using our provided transportation to and from the venue!
