Question

PASSPORTS

Answer

Current passport processing times are 10-13 weeks. Please ensure your passport is VALID PRIOR to the date. If your passport will be expiring within the year or next, we recommend renewing your passport as soon as possible to ensure it will be valid in time.

Question

when should we book our flights/hotel?

Answer

We recommend booking your flight and hotel at least six months prior to ensure you are guaranteed tickets and hotel of your preference

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Hotel recommendations can be found in the Travel section. We recommend our guests book at the hotels listed to possibly arrange for transportation from our venue based on the number of guests that book. Should our guests choose not to stay at a hotel, Airbnb's are a common option in Puerto Vallarta.

Question

What are my options for transportation?

Answer

Private transfers and rideshare (Uber/Taxi) are available for transportation to our venue. We HIGHLY recommend arranging transportation IN ADVANCE as rideshare options may not be available by the time our event ends!

Question

when should I RSVP?

Answer

We recommend RSVP'ing as soon as you receive your invitation. The last day to RSVP is January 22, 2024 to determine the final guest count for our vendors. Any unanswered RSVP's will be considered a "No".

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Our wedding is an adult-only event. We respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for your children so we can celebrate with you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests due to the limited capacity of our venue. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & guest" if you have received a plus one.

Question

what is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal but we ask that our guests dress within our color scheme for our photos.

Question

What are the colors?

Answer

The main colors of our wedding are dark/olive green and burnt orange. We ask that our guests dress within our color scheme or wear other colors that compliment our theme such as browns, black, or gold.

Question

can i take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture the ceremony; we respectfully ask that you refrain from taking photos until the ceremony is over.
