When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 10th, so we can have an accurate headcount. If you do not RSVP by the date you will be marked as "not attending". We need to give our vendors a full guest count by this date so we appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We appreciate your understanding that our guest list is carefully curated to ensure an intimate celebration. Unless your invitation specifically indicates a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. We hope you'll enjoy the company of friends and family and make new connections during the festivities. Thank you for your understanding and support as we celebrate this special day together.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Anyone who shows up late will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over. Please arrive by 4:45pm to grab a wedding program and find a good seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is garden-themed! We encourage our guests to wear elegant and comfortable attire suitable for an outdoor setting. Think floral patterns, light fabrics, and festive colors. Ladies, flowy dresses and comfortable heels or flats are perfect. Gentlemen, dress shirts with slacks or nice jeans are also perfectly acceptable. Please check the weather forecast and bring a light jacket or shawl if needed. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up for our special day!

Can guests take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

In order to ensure that our ceremony remains intimate and focused on the moment, we kindly request that all guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We are having an "unplugged ceremony" to create a special atmosphere where everyone can be fully present and share in the joy of the moment without any distractions. Ana and her team will take lots of wonderful photos that we will share with everyone after our big day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this a truly memorable experience for everyone involved. Thank you for respecting our wishes!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do! The night will be filled with lots of dancing and having fun, you will surely work up an appetite and we would love to make sure there's something for everyone! When you go to RSVP there is a comment section for you to mention any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be signs directing guests where to park. There is an empty lot just around the corner from the reception we would like guests to park at. Please note that the limited parking space in front of the venue is reserved for DROP-OFFS ONLY. To assist with your arrival, Beth and Kevin, our gracious venue hosts, will be providing rides to the venue in their side-by-side vehicle. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
